Over the years, I have developed different scripts to support my research. I share here some of the projects I have worked with in case these tools are of interest to you.
Macroevolution
Simulations on macroevolutionary models and phylogenetic reconstructions for high-dimensional phenotypic data. These scripts were used in the publication with Simon Whelan and Chris Klingenberg in Systematic Biology (2020).
Drosophila suzukii ovipositor
Analyses on the ovipositor shape plasticity. These scripts were used in the publication with Antoine Fraimout, Arnaud Delapré, Vincent Debat and Raphaël Cornette in Royal Society Open Science (2020).
